Consular Processing: Having to travel outside the United States to obtain your visa at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate can be difficult and intimidating. Our team of lawyers and staff are willing and able to travel to assist with consular processing in all types of cases.

Naturalization: Our attorneys will determine your eligibility for naturalization and will prepare the necessary application forms, organize the supporting documentation, and formulate legal arguments in support of your request for U.S. citizenship. You will be fully prepared for the interview/examination by your attorney. Moreover, your attorney will attend the naturalization interview when scheduled by the USCIS. Furthermore, our attorneys have significant experience preparing disability requests for qualified naturalization applicants.

Asylum: This area of the law is one of the most complex and dangerous. The consequences of a frivolous asylum claim are severe and complete. Hence, our attorneys will make the key determination of whether or not you have a bonafide asylum claim. Once the determination is made that your case is meritorious, our attorneys will work with you to capture every detail of your asylum claim by preparing the forms and compiling the necessary supporting documentation. To maximize your chances for a favorable outcome, your attorney will also attend the asylum interview and will assist if the case is referred to or is before an Immigration Judge.
